Are you open?

Yes, we will continue to provide food support for as long as it is safe to do so. Our priority is to continue providing the healthy food our community needs in the safest way possible.

Do I still come to my appointment?

Yes, you will still go to your appointments as scheduled (unless you are sick). We have taken extra precautions to limit interpersonal interactions and the spread of germs at your appointment. Click here for what to expect at your appointment. 

  • If you are in a high-risk category, please consider choosing curbside shopping, or attending our contactless Large Scale Distributions held at Metcalf Elementary School in Burnsville every Tuesday from 3:00 – 6:00 pm – no appointment necessary
Do I still have to wear a mask?

No, in accordance with CDC guidance, masks are no longer required for  clients, volunteers or staff at sites operated by The Open Door.

Will you continue to offer curbside?

Yes! We will continue offering curbside services. You can fill out your curbside shopping form here.

Can my family come with me to my appointment?

Yes,  you can have multiple people at your appointment.

What do I do if I’m sick?
Please call 651-686-0787 and reschedule your appointment and seek medical attention. Click here for a guide to community health resources.
