We are overflowing with gratitude for the support we received at our Farewell to Empty Bowls event on Monday!
For the past 15 years, Empty Bowls has been a heartfelt fundraiser for The Open Door, embodying hard work, dedication, and a commitment to our community’s positive impact and that was exactly what showed at Union 32 this week. With 350 tickets sold and over $9,000 raised, it wasn’t just a thoughtful sendoff to a beloved event but another great step towards ending local hunger in Dakota County.
Thank you to all who attended, volunteered, and supported from afar. You helped us send off Empty Bowls with a bang. We also want to give a HUGE shoutout and thanks to Union 32 Craft House. They donated their space, their staff, and their time to this event.
Thank you again for your dedication to Empty Bowls over the years and your ongoing support of The Open Door. We couldn’t do this work without you.
Sincerely,
The Open Door Team
Thank you for all the wonderful memories made!
