Saving the Harvest with Batch Community Cooking: Soup Starter

Bring veggies from your garden! We will gather available produce, cut and wash and put in a big stew pot. This stew is a soup starter. For dinner this evening, we will cook lentils and barley and top with soup starter in one pan; and Ferndale turkey and potatoes topped with soup starter in another pan. Participants can take home some soup starter for their own meals.
